Summer 2013

What up AIA-Brown?!Just because the school year is over, it doesn't mean your spiritual development has to stop--in fact, this summer could be a great time for you to further investigate Christianity and the person, works, and words of Jesus Christ, or perhaps to work on some spiritual disciplines to grow closer to God, or perhaps just to read large chunks of the Bible now that you have some more time. Whatever it is, go for it! And invite others to join you. Also, here are few things for you to check out heading into summer:

  • Cru Doctrine - an interactive tool to give you an introduction to systematic theology while seeking to engage your heart to worship Christ and engage in ministry.
  • Knowing God Better: A summer study guide through the Gospel of John. It's an email series, delivered to your inbox. Each email gives you sections straight from the Gospel of John, and a few comments about the history or culture, to help you.
  • How to Grow as a Christian - another great online 5-course curriculum to help "build true spirituality"
  • Bible -- great resources for levels of maturity
  • Dating and Relationships -- some of the best, most relevant resources for college students
  • Sex...lust...and pornography -- sadly, we've all encountered these in one way or another. Check out these awesome resources to get educated and equipped and encouraged.
  • Tons more great stuff on the AIA Resources webpage.

Oh, and did you know that there are still a few spots for the Ultimate Training Camp: Week 2...?! There's still time! Just go for it. Let us know if you have any questions and/or want help getting funds together. Finally, will you be in/near Providence this summer? Reply to this email to let us know!
